Building Mobile app Dashboard

We built a mobile app and dashboard that allows the property managers to see the live location of contractors and assign a work order to a contractor or send a notifications to all contractors matching a skill set within a selected radius from the property location.

Integrate with Tenant Portal

To ensure a seamless transition and maintain data consistency, we developed an API integration that regularly pulls data from their existing tenant portal. This eliminates manual data transfer and allows existing processes to continue uninterrupted.

Billing and Reporting

The new system includes robust billing and reporting functionalities that allows the Rent Ready Home's team to see how long a contractor spent at a site based on the geo-fence, the distance a contractor travelled to get to the site, and any notes or pictures created by the contractor. This enables the team to pay and reimburse their contractors more effectively.

Collect data for future AI Optimization

Furthermore the system is designed to collect data that can be leveraged for future AI optimizations. Enabling the team to make better cost predictions on work orders as soon as they come for better cash flow management.
